Closed β Test: Phase 3 Confirmed Issues

Performing certain actions in the Shuanna Street quest allows the player to access areas that are meant to be out of bounds. Once in these areas, the player may not be able to return the proper quest route.

Solution
Retire from (abort) the quest then restart it from the Quest Board.

An issue where attacking breakable walls and other artifacts from point-blank range with a bow fails to do any damage.

Solution
Step away from the object you are trying to damage and try again from a distance. Alternatively, use a weapon other than a bow.

An issue where Light Attack performed with the bow in mid-air occasionally fail to do any damage to targets.

An issue that prevents you from reviewing notifications displayed on the top right of the screen.

An issue that occasionally results in the player being sent back to the title screen randomly.

Solution
Unless a specific error dialog is displayed when this issue occurs, it's likely the result of an unstable network connection.
Prevention: Check that your network is configured correctly and that all your devices are functioning properly before logging in again.

An issue where you can't cancel out of a quest from the quest prep screen once the quest departure timer runs down to zero. This issue occurs in situations where you've pressed the cancel button once to open the cancel dialog, but failed to confirm your intention to cancel before the quest begins.

An issue where pressing the Use Artifact and Ready Artifact buttons in quick succession while holding a Spectral Grenade causes your character to freeze up. In this frozen state, you will only be able to use your right Spectral Attack.

Solution
Taking damage from an enemy will unfreeze your character.

The game may crash at the loading screen after selecting a character.

After completing a quest, the game may not finish loading.

If this issue occurs, please restart the application.
This issue was reported during the "Closed Beta Test Phase 2", but we were not able to reproduce it. If you encounter this issue, please report to us from the following link with the error code and other information regarding the situation it occurred. Thank you for your cooperation.

When the game is set to "Windowed" and the active window of the computer is switched, about 90% of the game window may move outside the desktop screen.

Solution
If this issue occurs, please restart the application.

The cursor may automatically move to the center of the screen when logging in or viewing the "NEWS" or "Report Bug" screens.

When selecting "Players in HQ" in Community, the "CONNECTING" text may display in the center of the screen and not disappear.

Solution
If this issue occurs, talking to Pygmalion or other characters will resolve it.

Pressing the Cancel button while logging in or while loading the "NEWS" or "Report Bug" screens may cause the game to freeze.

If this issue occurs, please restart the application.

The game may crash after deleting a character from "Favorited Character Settings", or selecting "SYSTEM" > "OPTIONS" > "SOCIAL".

Please do not delete characters that are set in "Favorited Character Settings".
